This year, the Bell Let’s Talk Day theme is focused on how we can “discover simple ways to create real change.” Please see below to access some supportive resources for our DSB1 learners.

- “A”sk about mental health supports – ex. School Mental Health Ontario (SMHO), Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Parents for Children’s Mental Health (PCMH), etc.
